The SEPL Foundation is raffling a homemade Ohio State quilt. The queen-sized quilt was donated by the Seneca Sip & Sew Club and is on display at the library. Tickets, available at the library or from a foundation member, are $10.00 and the winner will be drawn on November 27 before the Ohio State/Michigan game.

The SEPL Foundation is raffling American Girl Doll, Melody. Tickets are now available for purchase at the library for $1.00 each or $5.00 for six. The drawing will be held September 11th at the Foundation's Reverse Raffle. Need not be present to win.
