The Seneca East Public Library is pleased to announce we have been awarded a CARES Act Mini-Grant from the State Library of Ohio

The CARES Act Mini-Grant is available to help all types of libraries in Ohio respond to the COVID-19 pandemic. Stimulus funding for this grant comes to the State Library via LSTA funds from the federal appropriation made to the Institute of Museum and Library Services (IMLS) through the federal Coronavirus Aid, Relief, and Economic Security (CARES) Act.

We are looking forward to using the $3000 in grant funds to respond to COVID-19 to keep valuable services available to you as safely as possible.

The Institute of Museum and Library Services is the primary source of federal support for the nation's libraries and museums. We advance, support, and empower America’s museums, libraries, and related organizations through grantmaking, research, and policy development. Our vision is a nation where museums and libraries work together to transform the lives of individuals and communities. To learn more, visit www.imls.gov and follow us on Facebook and Twitter.
