The body is the expression of the mind, it is what you hold to be true about yourself; these are created beliefs.  Therefore, that which is created/programmed can be changed.  Change the perception/programming and you change the belief that is expressed by the mind in the body. Tapping changes that programming and allows you to let go of myriad troubles, not the least of which are conditions like stress and trauma, grief and loss, addictions, anxiety, depression, extra weight, (the list goes on and on), all without expensive medications or dangerous side effects, by simply using your own two fingers to gently tap on your body’s meridian points.
